Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are applicable only within 7 days of receiving the order. 


Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Returns will only be accepted for products that are burnt, chopped, or damaged. For all other cases, only size exchanges will be accommodated.


Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and products purchased during special promotions are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Enter your order details and follow the prompts.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive further instructions on shipping the product back to us.


Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Customers must provide an unboxing video showcasing the product from every angle if they wish to initiate a return.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided in the form of store credit.


Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Follow the return process, and once approved, place a fresh order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us at business@naariinchikankari.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We’ll prioritize a quick resolution.
